Fwang Tung variety. Carambola or five cornered fruit can be eaten as is or used in salads. Very heavy bearer.

By the time they get to our supermarkets ..they have quite a bit of brown..
I love just a piece with a slit cut resting on the lip of an orange juice or Mimosa glass.(Decorative)
They are so pretty in fruit salads..
