Ingredients; Catfish-Clean and prepare your catfish and cut it into small bite size pieces. Mash Potatoes-Instant Flour Garlic Powder Louisiana style hot sauce Place equal amounts of flour and mash potatoes in a bowl, add garlic to taste. Mix, then add the fish and cover completely with the mix. Place your favorite oil in a large skillet about 1/4 inch deep. Drop the fish in the hot oil and brown on one side, turn and put hot sauce on each piece. Cook the second side and turn it over and add hot sauce to second side then turn again to cook the sauce. Remove and serve. Truly a down home dish. Ej So. Calif Zone 10a
