Anyone have any favorites? I love both hot and cold soups. I have a great strawberry soup recipe I'll dig out and post. It's heavenly. Anyone care to share a few recipes?

Your chilled strawberry soup looks delicious. Last September my family took a Royal Caribbean cruise to Alaska and we had a chilled strawberry soup one night. The recipe is somewhat different. Absolutely scrumptious! Chilled Red Berry Soup 1 pint fresh raspberries, gently washed 1 pint fresh strawberries, gently washed and trimmed 2 cups sour cream 1 cup whole milk 1 cup ginger ale 1/4 cup granulated sugar 2 Tbsp. Triple Sec 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice Puree the berries in a food processor until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve over a nonreactive bowl, pushing through as much of the pulp as you can, leaving the seeds behind. Whisk the remaining ingredients into the puree. Cover and refrigerate until cold. To serve, divide the soup among chilled soup bowls. (You can garnish with a few reserved berries and some mint leaves.)
