This is what happens when you plant a few gloriosa lilies. Maybe 10 gloriosas were planted in my small round bed a few years ago. I just decided to do something different with that flower bed. So I dug up the azaleas and the plum tree. Then I started digging up gloriosa tubers. And I dug and I dug. I am sure I missed some. Plus in the spring I dug up about 60 or so to trade and give away. Attached is what they look like in bloom and what I dug up. Anyone want to do some trading ?

Sure. You being in SC, dont put the tubers in the ground until spring. You store them just like bulbs where you are. I live in North Florida, so I leave mine in the ground.

If the ground freezes, they need to come in for the winter. Most people in colder climates dig up the tubers and store them in a cool dry place for winter.

Those are lovely Lisa. Would you be interested in a different type of Lily? I don't know if it is Asiatic or Oriental but here is a photo, if you are interested PLMK.

Oooooh.....you have the red one. I ordered that a few years ago and got the yellow one. I'd love to have some tubers. Sounds like you're into gingers. I've got Zingiber 'Midnight' and Zingiber spectablie (Beehive ginger) and a few others if those aren't interesting.

Beautiful Ro. I had one in the greenhouse many years ago, it won several prizes at local Horticultural Shows. A stunning plant

They are beautiful! I would love some, but I haven't put a wish list up on this board. How do I do that? Plus where do I find your wish list? Would you take postage or something more? Please let me know.
