I've shared this with several people this year, and everyone has enjoyed it. I thought Garden Buddies might like to try it , too. And it's so easy! Shred some cabbage. Slice some yellow squash into thin pieces. Cut a round of smoked sausage into small chunks. Wrap all this in Heavy Duty aluminum foil with salt, pepper, and butter. Make sure it's leak proof and grill it, turning 1/4 turn every five minutes. That's it. I don't have any measurements of the ingredients because it really doesn't matter. It's made according to taste. I will say that one aluminum foil packet is about as large as a loaf of French bread, and it's done in 20 to thirty minutes (when you can hear it begin to "fry"). The cabbage takes on a smoked flavor, and it is just wonderful. Sometimes I throw in some pepper strips (thin slices) and I've even added whole cherry tomatoes. The wonderful thing is that you can put whatever you like in there. We love these, and they have been named hobo meals by those of us who are river rats. These are great for camping trips because everything is already done. I just take it out of the cooler and he throws it on the grill. Within a half hour, we are eating. And there are no pans to wash either!!

Monique, you can use Kielbasa. I just buy the Eckrich smoked sausage. I like the smoky flavor it lends to the cabbage.
