Hi there! Just wondering what seeds you got from Annette Mimi. I have an order in for some Columbine with a lady from Pennsylvania who was selling on Ebay.

Hi Clayton
What I sent to Mimi was a selection of about 30 species including a range of colours of clematiflora, woodside variegated, sunburst, petticoats, and many colour forms of vulgaris. Also many hybrids include some from the tower series, mkena giants, strawberry cream and many more. If you would like some too just pm me your address :)

Seed arrived as per my email. I am wondering if I need to chill these seeds.

Clayton my seeds are always kept chilled. If you are not going to sow them in the next week or so then put them back in the fridge otherwise they will be fine.

Would you have expected that some of the seedlings would be lighter coloured leaves?

Well the second lot do look paler than the top sowings though there are no true leaves showing yet so there is plenty of time for their true leaf colour to develop.

Psilo!
They're planted! Yeah!!!!! In the front yard around the base of a tree , also scattered here & there. Your seeds were my first try at growing things in a greenhouse, so, they have a place of honor! Thanks again so much. Happy Fall planting!
