But it's just the first bloom and the others appear to start out as their Black Barlow parents will be keeping an eye on this one. So here is the first bloom.
Will upload more then the second and third blooms open.

Thanks everyone, on the second photo the smaller one to the right is how they start out. Like the Black Barlow Mom but then they take off as they age to form the lovely form with the ruffle ends. The new ones show a yellow tip. We have been playing with the Black Barlows and Ruby Ports and have some great looking babies with some really rich colors.

Astrid, Let me talk as if I'm doing a Brugmansia here. You take q-tips and get pollin from the Dad plant from the anthers and touch the stigma of the Mom plant that you want to use. It's important to make sure you q-tip is loaded with pollin and that you mom plant is about to open, that no bee has gotten there first. Once you tickle her fancy then tape petal up on the corolla tube so that no bee or moth gets in. Label it so you will remember what you did and let mother nature do her thing. If you need picture let me know, remember only clean q-tips because if you have pollin from something else well you might have a problem with your hybrid. For longer flowers as brugmansia you will need a paint brush. It really depends on what you hybridize.

I have a drawing of a side view of a brugmansia, mind you each flower is different but I know this one by heart. You want to obtain pollen from one plant and that can be found in the anthers, which will be the father plant. That this to the mother plant you want to hybridize with and coat the stigma which should be in the center of the anthers area. We do this before the flower is open and tape or tie it shut so no insects get. Then tag the flower so that you know what you did. We uses q-tips so not to get pollin from another plant if one would use brushes. Pollin can be saved from year to year if it's done correctly. A whole another lesson. You can email me direct and I'll pass along the photo in a word doc. as I'm unable to post it here. Just click on the letter up top by my name.
