This beautiful plant grows very large and blooms almost constantly.
It has been growing in a shady part of the greenhouse all summer, but is coming in tomorrow!

Julie, that is one gorgeous begonia! I love it. I used to have one years ago but lost it in one of our moves. Yours is lovely!

sunny location (good sun exposure) and temperature above 18 d Celsius will help blooming your Begonia lucernae. Be careful with the amount of water... likes it but in small quantities not too often.

I'd normally root cuttings in a mixture of peat and perlite, under mist, but these do fine in just a jar of water.
