Author Message   Calendula  My Garden Posted on Monday, February 25, 2008 - 12:50 pm EST :    These are not my own photos I always like to point that out, lol,,,, But I could not resist sending them. Apparently someone in Newfoundland /Canada did take those pics. People there witnessed the birth of this Baby Moose right in the middle of down town. Well, the pics tell the rest of the story: First loving kiss from Momy Guess I better get up for the first time. Boy I am so hungry Ahhhh,,, that was tiresome. At the same time, lets give it some thought about "moving in" ! No idea what happened next to this fascinating mother and child team, but you can be sure, those people in Newfoundland will look after them the best they can. I heard a female moose is much more dangerous than a bull moose when she has a calf.
