I am involved in as a volunteer in our local community garden .This started off as a blank canvas a lot of hard work but is paying off now and can start see a little taking shape.

I disappear and then come back. Winter is rough here in Illinois, and depressing for me. I have SAD, so I tend to turn inward. I really need to move somewhere more sunny.

So, back again The garden is starting to show signs of life. One of my early clems (Barbara Jackman) is already showing buds. Tonight we have a frost warning up so I hope it doesn't cause issues.

I completely lost my Smoke Tree this year. Love them, but it's not meant to be. Now I have to find...
