My Clematis Urophylla "Winter Beauty" has just flowered. It is planted outside in my garden (not in a container) and it is quite amazing considering that just a couple of weeks ago we had deep snow and the temperature was down to -6 degrees centigrade (measured on my garden thermometer)
Canadian GBs will probably be laughing at this - but hey its all relative! Sorry pictures are a bit blurred - the flowers are so white it's difficult to bring out the detail. Aidan ![]() ![]()

We can laugh all we want, but we don't have your beautiful urophylla blooming outdoors here. The only white winter beauty at the moment is hoar frost. I am impressed, congratulations!
