so I took pics of the C. alpinums in the garden.

How nice the garden looks your way!

Your C. alpinum f. leucanthum is very handsome. Like the way the color in nose of the flower matches the stems so nicely. They both contrast very well, along with the white of the flower, to the darkness of the leaf.
