...or 'Christmas tree' is what the locals call this plant, I guess because of the bright red 'fruits' on this plant.
Not a popular plant here, as I have only seen one other shrub,but it is an 'eye catcher' and I was lucky enough to go to a friend of a friends home, where I was given some seeds. ![]() ![]() ![]()

Thevetia ovata is what it is! Some websites show a different plant but at TopTropicals the photos are correct.

Nice. I grew T. peruviana from seed last year. It is related to the Nerium (oleander family) and has the same toxic properties.

I have grown these from seeds as well and the are very easy. I have the T. peruviana 'alba' as well, and seems to be hard to obtain. There are seed pods forming at the moment. I have looked at your list and will ponder it some more...
